There <\/span>Cabin<\/span><\/strong> It's not just any cow. It's a <\/span>bovine breed<\/span><\/strong> native<\/strong> from the <\/span>Liguria<\/span><\/strong>, native to the Upper Aveto Valley, in the heart of the Apennines. It lives and grazes freely, climbing through meadows and paths, and has adapted for centuries to a harsh but generous environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today this breed is protected by <\/span>Slow Food<\/span><\/strong>, as a garrison to be safeguarded, and is the protagonist of enhancement and recovery projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

It doesn't produce large quantities of milk, but every drop is a concentrate of flavor and identity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fresh milk every day, directly from Ligurian farms<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Every morning, we at 100% Naturale collect the<\/span> whole milk<\/span><\/strong> of Cabannina directly from the <\/span>selected local farms<\/span><\/strong>, where respect for the animal is at the centre of everything.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our suppliers follow a specification shared with Slow Food, controlled by the Liguria Regional Breeders Association and the ASL.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
