“Hello everyone, we are Luca and Daniela! Our adventure with the ice cream shop '100% Naturale' began way back in 1987 in Sestri Levante. Since that first April, we have come a long way, always in the name of excellence and innovation. We have always given great importance to the comparison with other ice cream makers and professionals in the sector, actively participating in courses and meetings to deepen the culture of good, clean and fair food

Our philosophy is based on the careful selection of raw materials: we prefer organic products and local suppliers, because we strongly believe in the value of local agriculture and in the quality of natural ingredients.

We avoid the use of ready-made bases for ice cream, to guarantee you a product that fully reflects our principles of transparency and qualityOur ice creams are free from hydrogenated fats and chemical additives, to offer you a taste experience authentic and genuine.

We are proud to have been recognized 'Artisans in Liguria' from the Region, an acknowledgement that rewards our commitment and our passion. Our collaboration with Slow Food has allowed us to embrace and promote the philosophy of healthy, clean and fair, a commitment that we have been carrying out for years. Furthermore, we are active members of the cultural association 'Ice Cream Makers for Ice Cream' and of the Slow Food Community for the enhancement of the hazelnut mixed Chiavari. Our creations have been highlighted by the best industry guides, recognitions that fill us with pride and push us to improve more and more.
